Coming into the colder months its important to keep training consistently.
Cold weather can discourage even the most motivated exercisers.
So for all my clients I've got a few winter challenges going on.
The beep test & drop a dress size challenge.
So far they have all had amazing results and best of all; All are very motivated & dedicated in achieving their goals!!! Seriouly impressed with everyones efforts!!!
Anyway for all you readers out there!
Here's a little challenge you can do at home!
3 days per week for the next month do this
- set the stop watch 1min per exercise 30sec rest in between-
whats youre score on each exercise???
