Having an exercise regime can be great! You know the days and times you go- "its a routine, its what you do..." and you plan your week around it.
However one think with routine, doing the same thing... as it IS "easy".... unfortunately after a couple of months, our body quickly adapts and doesn't have to work as hard. Also you may get bored and feel uninspired....
So this summer try and mix things up! Find an exercise thats fun! the days are longer and warmer... Grab a friend... Try a new yoga class, go for a bike ryde, a run a long a coast line somewhere... Anything that gets you outside and gets you active!
The secret is consistency, and mixing up your routine, its funner and its more affective!
