You cannot "out train" bad nutrition

Diet is a Huge part of any fitness plan- train hard and eat clean, or youll just get fitter and that pooch you dont dig will just sit there, flat stomachs are made in the kitchen!!!

When you are organized and you only have healthy options in your house, then you'll eat whats there, so go to the supermarket and stock up on the following:

MAKE THOSE RESULTS HAPPEN!

Here's a starter shopping list:

- chicken

- beef

- fish

- tofu (vegetarian option)

- eggs

- cans of tuna fish

-berries of any kind

- kale, spinach, asparagus, broccoli

- salad ingredients

- lots of green veg
