The 20min bodyweight workouts you can do anywhere. You don't need any equipment other than an exercise matt and a skipping rope. You can do any of these workouts in your home, hotel room or my favourite spot in a park.
The daily workouts come with video breakdowns so you understand and are confident on how each workout should be performed.
Each workout is designed to increase your fitness and get you sweaty in just 20 minutes.
It might not sound like a lot of time; but they are very effective designed to add up to amazing results.
The nutrition program is a metabolic readjustment program designed for you to keep making progress.
The plan comes with meal plans, shopping list's & a cook book to give you ideas.
The lifestyle plan is based on a lowcarb lifestyle with 4 different phases.
The first phase which you will start on for the first week is clean eating with a higher allowance of good fibrous carbs; you will see results in the first week.
